Breakfast, lunch , dinner, minibar, all drinks and all the other facilities offerred by the Congress Hotel are included in your accommodation fee.
The welcome cocktail, excursion and ticket for “Fire of Anatolia” are included in your registration fees. The Gala Dinner will take place on Friday 16 October 2009 in a traditional restaurant in an area of natural beauty. Special samples of Turkish cuisine will be served.
Visiting Antalya city centre from the Congress Hotel
Hotel shuttles and taxis are available at any time from the Congress Hotel to the city center. The trip takes 30 min.
Alternative accommodation
Because of the cost of coffee-breaks, conference room hires, etc. the overall room rates may be higher than the rates quoted by the travel agency. This means that participants who make their own arrangements might have to pay an extra 300 Euro to the organizers.
Reaching the Congress Hotel from the Antalya airport
Private Congress buses will be waiting for participants who inform us of their arrival times at two-hour intervals on 10-11 and 17-18 October.
Alternatively you can take a taxi from the airport anytime to the Congress hotel, which takes 25-30 min.
Dance Performance
“Fire of Anatolia”
It will be performed in the private centre which is a reproduction of the ancient theatre of Aspendos located close by the original.
Welcome Cocktail
Welcome cocktail will take place in the Congress Hotel at the Beach on Monday 12 October 2009.
Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner will take place on Friday 16 October 2009. Special samples of Turkish cuisine will be served.
